We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. Any items purchased by mistake, or any items that are no longer wanted, buyer must pay return shipping and a 20% restocking fee. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase(), you may return most items within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund. For your convenience, Eagle Lite Inc. offers a FREE pre-paid shipping label for qualifying domestic returns. If you have return inquires more than 30 days after receipt, please contact the manufacturer directly for possible repair or replacement.
Please be aware that all returns are subject to Eagle Lite Inc. Return Conditions. Items must be returned in condition (i.e., not used, broken or worn), in the original manufacturer's packaging and with all original contents included.
We don't accepted any physical damage to returns such as signs of installation / firing. We will inspect all returned products before accepting them. Shipping and handling is non-refundable. Prior to installation customer must inspect all products. Buyers are required to obtain an RMA (Return Manufacturer Authorization #) from us before returning anything back to us. Packages sent without approved RMA # will be rejected at shipper's expense. Defective products will be offered exchange only. All exchanges and returns require the completion of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. Once complete, follow the provides Return Instructions and return the merchandise as soon as possible.
All faulty products due to improper installation or improper use will NOT be replaced by Eagle Lite Inc. Eagle Lite Inc is NOT responsible for any Gunsmithing / Armorer costs. We pride ourselves in customer services and encourage our customer to provide good communication with us, therefore we can serve you better and be able to ship your items out promptly. Please double check your email SPAM or JUNK mail folder for our email just in case.
One of the advantages of shopping with Eagle Lite Inc is that we do not charge sales tax on orders shipping outside of California. As required by law, sales tax is applied to all purchases shipping to a California address at the local rate of 8%. If your order is subject to California sales tax, we will notify you at the time of purchase with the exact amount prior to processing any charges and Eagle Lite Inc will withhold the applicable sales tax.
Please note: Eagle Lite Inc withholds sales tax as required by law; these laws are subject to change, and you are responsible for paying any sales, use, or value-added taxes not withheld by Eagle Lite Inc. In addition, Eagle Lite Inc / Outdoorsports-USA reserves the right to change this policy as needed.

When placing your order, please make certain the billing address you provide matches the address registered with the card you are using. We strive to protect our customers and any sensitive information you choose to share with us. Our staff may reach out to customers to verify orders or addresses at any time. As a vast majority of in-stock items ship within 24 hours from our warehouse, it is imperative that you contact us so we may attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. Flash sales, weekly promotions, and holiday sales are only valid on the dates specified in each event. Eagle Lite Inc does not offer price adjustments or credits of any kind if your order is not placed within the specified time period. For weekly promotions/coupons please subscribe to our mailing list. Any discount codes must be entered and accepted by our system to be applied to the order. If you forget to add the code or could not find where to enter it, the code cannot be applied later. If you have trouble applying the coupon please contact us for help. Codes will NOT be applied after an order has been placed.
